Caboolture Markets and the joys of dump and opshoppery

One of the great attributes of 'our' district is the Caboolture Markets. Every Sunday you can get your fix of trash or treasure. Shop among a HUGE range of seedlings and plants. Buy your  week's supply of fruit and veg -- often as not from the growers themselves. Choose from a huge range of Sunday breakfast options.

The plant range is the largest and cheapest on offer in Brisbane. And if you come late, you get to haggle.

En route back home to Beachmere , on you Sunday drive, you can stop by the 'Dump Shop'.

Truly -- it is a great lifestyle thing to touch bases at these places.

And if you are really dedicated -- weekdays --you can take in the Op shops of Caboolture -Morayfield. (The SALVOS  on Lower King St, gets my vote for  numero uno).

If not enough, head on over to Bribie island on a weekday and take in the Op Shop community there.
