Beachmere gets stormed upon.

We lost electricity overnight and until 2pm today. Most of the commercial sector of town could not  operate. The primary school was in recovery mode but open. Clean up was done  early around town by council.

We had 38mm of rain in the first 30 of the storm before it began to ease so if you flooded up despite all that sand underneath, that's why.
