Although discovered recently in 1955, Taekwon Do can trace its roots to Ancient Korean fighting arts such as Taekyon. With methods that are true to the teachings of the founder General Choi Hong Hi, Authentic Taekwon Do offers a lifelong journey of Fitness, Friendship, Courage and Confidence with techniques of Self defense that are proven from practical application.
