Home Grown Beachmere - this Saturday at the Markets

Mr Punch, funky grooves, ye trusty market cart and my good self will be having a produce stall at Saturday morning's -- September 6th -- Community Markets under the water tower (7-12).

This time around all produce will be picked that morning! You can't get any fresher -- or any more local -- than that! 

I'll be outback here at Lalroy Street harvesting  soon after dawn before walking the freshly harvested veg down Moreton Terrace for a morning's trading.

Looking at the veg garden -- on offer this weekend should be:

• kale
• whole lettuces
• green beans
• turnips
• Warrigal Greens
• coriander
• dill
• parsley
• stinging nettles (for those that partake)
• Mizuna greens
• Silver Beet
• Mesclum salad mixes

All bundles and bunches: $2 each until sold out.

No sprays: that means I use no herbicides or pesticides; that I nourish the soil without chemical inputs, mulch the beds and rely on beneficial insects and/or other management techniques to keep pests out of the crop.
