Club Beachmere: New Bistro Menu

Club Beachmere thanks everyone for their  patience while the kitchen was in the recent transition period.  Their new Chef Jason and his assistant Sandy have arrived, and have been very busy preparing for their opening tomorrow.

Below is a copy of the New Lunch and Dinner menus There will also be daily blackboard specials on offer.

Lunch Menu
12.00pm – 2.00pm (Wednesday to Saturday)

Burgers - Served with Chips and Salad – All $ 12.00

  Open Gourmet Beef Burger      Grilled Premium Beef Burger topped with caramelised onion, cheese and bacon, with homemade  tomato relish on a warm toasted bun

  Grilled Chicken Burger                 Grilled Cajun marinated chicken tenderloins, served on a toasted bun, with beetroot and  mesculan salad, and topped with sweet chilli and a herb mayo

  Grilled Steak Burger                     Char-Grilled Steak topped with balsamic glazed onions, bacon, egg and cheese, on a toasted bun with Smokey BBQ sauce
